Customer Complaint Policy

If a problem arises from the service provided by White Carpet Cleaning. As soon as possible, contact us and explain the problem and the outcome you want. In many cases a simple phone call or email can fix the problem.

You may be asked for proof of the service provided such as a receipt or invoice. You will need to discuss with us whether it is a minor or major problem to determine if the service needs to be done again, repair work needs to be completed, or a refund offered.

If however, you feel as though your complaint has not been actioned fairly or appropriately, you as a consumer have an option to make a complaint with the Australian Small Business Commissioner or Australian Competition & Consumer Commission to inquire about arbitration to resolve disputes. If a consumer requests arbitration with and through one of the above organisations with White Carpet Cleaning for a resolution. White Carpet Cleaning will accept the conclusions and recommendations of arbitration.
